Continuation:Rising Above Low Self Esteem: 4 Tips To Saying NO

    1. Set Boundaries
People have a hard time saying no because they don’t understand their role in the relationship or work organization. When you understand your role and own your own, you won’t feel as worried about the consequences of saying NO. Instead you will recognize it’s power and bask in the strength that it provides. Along the way, you’ll realize that the relationships that count are solid enough to withstand you saying NO.
    2. Be Firm
If a person won’t accept that you can’t do something they have asked, then they’re probably not a true friend or simply don’t respect you. Stand firm and don’t give in just because that person is uncomfortable. Valuing yourself is the only way you can in turn give value to others 🤷‍♀️

If you don’t prioritize your needs and succumb to that request, over time resentment will mount and your productivity will suffer!
